IMG findr ("we", "us", or "our") operates imgfindr.com. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our service.

Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Account information — when you sign up, we collect your name and email address via Clerk authentication.
• Photos you upload — Pro users can upload photos to their folders. These are stored securely in AWS S3 and are only accessible to you.
• Usage data — we use Google Analytics to collect anonymous data about how you use the app (pages visited, features used). No personally identifiable information is sent to Google Analytics.
• Payment information — payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the service
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• To store your photos and folders (Pro users)
• To send transactional emails (account verification, password reset) via Clerk
• To improve the service based on usage patterns

Data Storage

Your account data is stored in a secure PostgreSQL database hosted on Render. Photos you upload are stored in AWS S3 (us-east-2 region). We do not sell your data to third parties.

Data Retention

We retain your account data and uploaded photos for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription or delete your account, your photos and data will be deleted within 30 days.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To request deletion of your account and data, email us at hello@imgfindr.com.

Children's Privacy

IMG findr is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
