Use of the Service

IMG findr provides AI-powered photo matching for headlines and topics. You may use the service for personal or commercial projects. You agree not to:

• Use the service to generate or distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to access the service in bulk

Free Tier

The free tier provides access to stock photo matching via Pexels and Unsplash, limited to 15 headlines per run. No account is required. We reserve the right to change free tier limits at any time.

Pro Subscription

Pro is a monthly subscription billed at $9/month. Pro includes:

• Unlimited headlines per run
• Upload and save your own photo library
• Folder organization
• Match history
• CSV and ZIP export with rename options

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the service, contact us at hello@imgfindr.com within 7 days for a refund consideration.

Your Content

You retain ownership of all photos you upload to IMG findr. By uploading photos, you grant us a limited license to store and process them solely to provide the service to you. We do not use your photos to train AI models or share them with third parties.

Stock Photo Attribution

Photos from Pexels and Unsplash are subject to their respective licenses. When using stock photos from our free tier, you are responsible for providing proper attribution as required by Pexels and Unsplash terms.

Disclaimer

IMG findr is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI photo matches will be perfect or suitable for your specific use case. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all photo selections before use.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IMG findr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
